Using this site
Hexagon Hexart.in is free, non-commercial, and intended for school and college students. Use it for your own learning. Do not attempt to reach parts of it you have not been given access to, and do not use it in a way that interferes with anybody else's use of it.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself. Give us details that are true: a certificate is a statement about a named person, and details that are not true make it worthless.
We may suspend an account that is being misused. Suspension stops somebody signing in and stops their certificates verifying. It deletes nothing and can be undone.
Certificates
A certificate is issued when the published requirements of a course have been met and the identity check has been settled. It records that a named person completed that course on that date, and nothing more. It is not a qualification awarded by any university or examining body.
We may withdraw a certificate obtained by giving false details, and a withdrawn certificate will say so on the public verification page.
What you send us
You keep whatever you write in our forms and assessments. You allow us to hold it and use it to run and report on the programme, as described in the privacy policy. Do not send us anything that is not yours to send.
What is ours
The course material, the site and the Hexagon Hexart.in name belong to the programme and its partners. Read, learn from and quote it with attribution. Do not republish it or use it commercially without asking.
Accuracy
The site and its material are provided as they are. Course content and programme details change over time.
Other sites
Where we link to somebody else's site, what is on it is theirs and not ours.
Liability
The programme is free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
Indian law, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes
If these terms change, the current version is always on this page.
